Grandly named ‘The Grange’ on Whakatere Ashburton’s first map in 1864, the Ashburton Domain has since evolved into a versatile and much-loved recreational area. In this programme, take a guided walk through the domain using a map from 1937 and historical photographs to compare and contrast changes over time while developing your navigation skills.
